Bespoke coaching for adults, teenagers and children. Adapted physical activity to prevent chronic diseases.
World Cancer Day – 4 February
During my training as a nurse, I wanted to associate the movement with my knowledge of care. So I started university studies in the fields of sport for all and physical activity adapted for people with specific health needs.
Hours of study and many activities with children, teenagers and adults, in Switzerland and abroad, allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills. Each meeting and session allow me to move forward in my profession and refine my holistic approach. It is my coaches who help me move forward and reinforce my curiosity and my need to know more:
- Master of Exercise, Sport, Health and Disability,
- University degree in Adapted Physical Activity, Nutrition and Cancer,
- University degree in Physical Education and Sport,
- Master’s degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNL),
- Nurse’s degree.
“Movement as a source of balance” is my mantra.
I like to move and especially in nature. My return to Switzerland allows me to associate movement and environment in my coaching activities.
