She has coached people with varied sports and life backgrounds in several countries so it has helped her to refine her holistic approach while considering the cultural differences.
She has always been an active sports participant herself, training for sport competitions as well as coaching.
Actually, she coaches people from 5 to 65! This range of ages demonstrates her experience and understanding of the phases of life bound to physical and emotional changes.
